The 2023-24 desktop Secure Browser is now available for Windows, Ubuntu, Fedora, and macOS 13. Note that several operating systems do not require the new Secure Browser (i.e., ChromeOS, iPadOS, MacOS 11.6+ and 12.6+).
Testing devices will need to be updated to the latest version of the Secure Browser by Thursday, August 31, 2023. A new domain is required for Windows, Ubuntu, Fedora, and macOS 13 devices using Secure Browser v. 16, so please refer to the Technology Guide to ensure you are able to access systems without issue. After August 31, any older versions of the desktop Secure Browser on the operating systems listed above will not be supported for testing.
The 2023-24 Secure Browser can be downloaded from the Secure Browsers page of the Arkansas ELPA21 portal. Contact the Arkansas ELPA21 Help Desk if you encounter any issues installing the Secure Browser.
